Lady Gaga’s Meat Dress
Lady Gaga’s Meat Dress – Nearly a year after Lady Gaga wore her meat dress at the MTV Video Music Awards 2010, the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame will proudly put this meat dress on display for the special exhibit “Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, Power in Cleveland.
Hall of Fame spokeswoman Margaret Thresher says the dress took on a "dark, beef-jerky" look while dehydrating, so it was painted to look "fresh" afterward. The entire process took several months to complete.
If you’re want to know how they preserved the dress, it was reported that it was kept in a meat locker where they covered it in chemicals, dried it out, and painted it to keep it looking fresher.
