A Taste of Colorado – 2010 A Taste of Colorado : Four-day outdoor festival held annually in Downtown Denver’s Civic Center Park on Labor Day weekend. A Taste of Colorado produced by a benefits Downtown Denver Events, Inc. the Taste draws over 500,000 visitors a year, A Taste of Colorado includes over 50 booths operated by local food establishments. The event also features Six entertainment stages include national, local, and ethnic music in a variety of genres, kids’ activities, and more.
