A Taste of Colorado – 2010 A Taste of Colorado: Four-day outdoor festival held annually in Downtown Denver’s Civic Center Park on Labor Day weekend. A Taste of Colorado produced by a benefits Downtown Denver Events, Inc. the Taste draws over 500,000 visitors a year, A Taste of Colorado includes over 50 booths operated by local food establishments. The event also features Six entertainment stages include national, local, and ethnic music in a variety of genres, kids’ activities, and more.

September 3 11:45am - Kalama Polynesian Dancers - Traditional Polynesian Dance 1:45pm - Gregory Nisnevich - Instrumental Music from Russia 3:45pm - Jazz Café featuring the FTM Jazz Trio 4:15pm - Jazz Café featuring Deano 5:45pm - Sheikha and the Mountain Kahia Dancers - Belly Dancing 8:00pm - Gora Gora Orkestar - Balkan Brass Band.

September 4 10:45am - Koto Colorado - Traditional Japanese Music and Instruments 12:30pm - Gamelan Music Orchestra - Traditional Indonesian Music and Instruments 2:00pm - Pan Jumbies - Steel Drum Ensemble 4:15pm - Jazz Café featuring Freddy Rodriguez Sr. 7:15pm - Jazz Café featuring Danny Showers.

September 5 10:45am - Fleur de Caña - Salsa Music Ensemble 1:00pm - Fiesta Colorado Dancers - Traditional Mexican Dance 3:45pm - Mariachi Sol with the Fiesta Colorado Dancers - Traditional Mexican Music and Dance 5:30pm - Jon Romero y Amanecer - Latin & Salsa Music Ensemble 8:00pm - Grupo Huitzilopochtli Danza Azteca - Traditional Aztec Dance.
