A public funeral for Elizabeth Edwards will be held on Saturday in Raleigh, North Carolina at 1 p.m. ET at the Edenton Street United Methodist Church, 228 W Edenton St, in Raleigh, North Carolina. reported that the family announced the Elizabeth Edwards funeral service will be open to the public.

Elizabeth Edwards lost her brave battle against breast cancer yesterday at the age of 61. Her final resting place will be at the side of her son Wade who died in a 1996 car accident. Her husband John Edwards will be on hand for the services along with the couple’s three children.
