Milwaukee AirportMilwaukee Flooding - Milwaukee Airport Close:Heavy rains and flooding in Milwaukee, that’s caused the Milwaukee airport to close temporarily. The airport will be closed at least through noon. The airport said on their website that "flooding on the airfield and roadways leading to the airport" lead to the closure. The airport spokesperson Ryan McAdams said “We’re still seeing a large amount of standing water… grass areas … flooded and spilling onto runways,”

Travelers should contact their airlines before heading to the airport to determine the status of their flights and make alternative arrangements if needed. “
