The Phillies Fan Tasered after rushing onto the field at the top of the eighth inning during Monday night’s game against the St. Louis Cardinals. The fan dodged two security officers and ran around the outfield before the officer subdued him with the taser. Philadelphia police say the officer who used the taser appears to have acted appropriately. Police said the teen is charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. His name was not being released because of his age.
