Autism Awareness Day 2010 falls on today April 2; this Awareness Day was designated under by the United Nations General Assembly resolution "62/139. Autism Awareness Day has been held every year since April 2, 2008. World Autism Awareness Day," adopted on December 18, 2007, proposed by Representatives of the State Qatar, and supported by all member states.
On the Autism Awareness Day 2010 will premier of “A Mother’s Courage,” an HBO documentary about a mother from Iceland who comes to America to seek treatment for her son with autism.
