The laughing baby on the video is Micah McArthur. The video was posted few weeks ago, it‘s going viral after Alyssa Milano posted a link on Twitter.

His dad, Marcus, a PhD student in American History, explained that Micah began to laugh as he ripped up a job rejection letter. Over 5 million hits and counting the laughing baby video.
