Richard Blais: Top Chef All-Stars WinnerRichard Blais Wins 'Top Chef All-Stars' Over Mike Isabella. The final challenge was to create the restaurant of their dreams with a four-course tasting menu. Richard decided to call his restaurant Tongue in Cheek while Mike preferred to call his simply Izz.

On finale of Top Chef All-Stars Richard Blais and Mike Isabella got to be assisted by eliminated chefs in the kitchen. Spike, Angelo and Antonia on Richard Blais team and Tiffani, Jamie and Carla on Mike Isabella team.

As a 'Top Chef All-Stars' winner, Richard earned $200,000 prize and the Top Chef title. "I didn't think I could do this, I willed this," he said after Padma Lakshmi's announcement.
