According to the reports, the Graco Children’s Products is announcing a voluntary recall of about 2 million strollers due to risk of entrapment and strangulation.
The Graco Stroller Recall has been issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, who have stated that four children died as a result of becoming trapped whilst in the strollers. They add that problems can occur if the infants are not strapped into the stroller properly, increasing the risk of them falling through the gap between the food tray and the seat.
The product recall are Quattro Tour™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to November 2006, and MetroLite™ strollers and travel systems manufactured prior to July 2007
