Watch The 19th Wife. The 19th Wife is a Lifetime original movie based on the novel by David Ebershoff, novel about a murder mystery inside a Utah polygamist compound. The 19th Wife stars are Patricia Wettig and Chyler Leigh.

The 19th Wife tells the tale of the murder mystery of a polygamist on a fictional southern Utah compound overlayed with flashbacks to one of Young’s wives, Ann Eliza Young, trying to break away from her marriage to the second president of the LDS Church. The story shows the trials of one modern day young wife to Ann Eliza’s struggle to free herself from Brigham Young’s grasp.

The 19th Wife premieres Monday, September 13 at 9 PM et/pt on Lifetime.
