Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, whose show just premiered its second season on MTV, was taken into custody by the cops for disorderly conduct.

“She didn’t hurt anyone or get in a fight,” says the second source. “She just needs to be in a drunk tank for two hours.” ( PEOPLE )

According to TMZ, earlier in the day, Snooki was partying at the beach with a beer bong but she only filling it with Coca-Cola.
